1. OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Shadeward ("Shadeward," "we," "us"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. PRODUCTS
We sell the Shadeward™ Car Umbrella, an umbrella-style windshield sunshade for parked vehicles, and related accessories. Product images are illustrative; minor variations in color and finish may occur.

3. INTENDED USE AND SAFETY
The product is designed for use in PARKED vehicles only. Never deploy the sunshade while the vehicle is in motion, and always stow it before driving. Never leave children or pets in a parked vehicle — this product does not make a parked car safe for occupants. You are responsible for using the product according to the included instructions.

4. FIT GUIDANCE
Our vehicle fit picker and size recommendations are based on a fitment database built from vehicle body data. They are a good-faith sizing aid, not a guarantee of perfect coverage for every trim, model year, or windshield configuration. Coverage on any umbrella-style shade centers on the main windshield area; small edge gaps can occur. Sizing errors on our part are covered by free exchange under our Return & Refund Policy.

5. ORDERS AND PRICING
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or resale intent. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.

6. VEHICLE DATA AT CHECKOUT
If you provide your vehicle's year, make, and model, we store it with your order to verify sizing and improve our fitment database. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All site content — copy, images, the Shadeward name and logo, and the fitment database — is owned by Shadeward and may not be reproduced without written permission. Vehicle makes and model names are trademarks of their respective manufacturers and are used solely to identify compatibility; Shadeward is not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.

8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Except as expressly provided in our Return & Refund Policy, products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shadeward shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are purchasing as a consumer, nothing in these terms deprives you of protections granted by mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence.

11. CHANGES
We may update these terms at any time; the current version is always posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
