WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to all 50 US states from our US warehouse. More countries may be added in the future.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

DELIVERY OPTIONS
Standard Shipping — 5–10 business days — $4.99, FREE on orders over $50
Express Shipping — 5–8 business days — $8.99

Delivery estimates count from the day your order ships, not the day it's placed.

TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

ADDRESS CHANGES
We can update the shipping address any time before the order is fulfilled — email hello@shadeward.com as soon as possible with your order number.

DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES
If tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or the package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived within 2 days, contact us — we'll investigate with the carrier and reship or refund if the package is confirmed lost. Carrier delays outside our control (weather, peak season) can extend estimates; we'll always help chase it down.
